App Name: StoryVerse
By downloading, installing, or using StoryVerse ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
StoryVerse is an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform that allows users to read, listen to, and create interactive stories. Users can make choices that affect story outcomes, generate original adventures from prompts, and create custom actions that dynamically influence AI-generated narratives.
Some features rely on cloud-based artificial intelligence services to generate stories, narration, and other creative content.
StoryVerse uses artificial intelligence to generate stories and other creative content. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unexpected results and should be considered fictional entertainment only.
Users are responsible for any prompts they submit and any content they choose to create using the App. Users agree not to use the App to generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
Certain premium features require an auto-renewable subscription.
Before confirming a purchase, you will be shown the subscription price, billing period, and renewal terms.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled anytime through:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit to StoryVerse.
By using the App, you grant the Developer a limited license to process your prompts and content solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI-generated stories, narration, and related services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.
All rights, title, and interest in StoryVerse, including its software, graphics, interface, branding, and related intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of the Developer.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the App except as permitted by law.
You agree to use StoryVerse responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You must not attempt to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited under applicable law or the App's policies.
The Developer may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
The Developer does not guarantee that AI-generated stories or narration will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Users should not rely on AI-generated content as factual, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or its AI-generated content.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
